OPEN MEETING in English for immigrant residents and voters with representatives of political parties and electoral lists running for the Reykjavík city elections 2026 !

The meeting is for everyone who wants to learn more about the political platform and the views of those running for office on different issues.

This is also your chance to engage directly with candidates and ask them questions.

Moderator: Giti Chandra, associate research professor at the University of Iceland.

The meeting hall opens at 13:00 and the meeting starts at 13:30.

Afterwards, you are invited to chat with the representatives over kaffi and kleina (coffee and Icelandic doughnut)!
